We have experience in estate and trust administration and taxation. In this field of practice, we handle the probate of estates as well as represent executors, trustees, guardians, heirs, and beneficiaries in all matters incident to the administration of estate assets and debts, including tax, real estate, oil and gas, financing, and business transactions.
Our firm has represented clients in litigation relative to inheritance rights, will contests, will and trust construction suits, community and separate property, creditors’ claims, tax liabilities, suits by and against executors and trustees, and all related forms of disputes involving probate, estates, and trusts. In addition, our attorneys have handled estate tax examinations before the Internal Revenue Service.
